The Car hire Contract is made with the car rental company at the time of renting, it is called the car rental agreement.
Auto Europe will arrange your rental with the company indicated during the booking process.
Auto Europe is independent, not an agent for any particular car hire company. The voucher is not a rental agreement.
When you pick up the vehicle, you must sign a rental agreement provided by the rental company and subject to local laws. All rates are guaranteed in British Pounds.
GENERAL TERMS
Auto Europe does not provide insurance. Coverage is provided by the rental company as indicated. Additional coverage may be available for purchase from the rental company.
* Auto Europe has no cancellation or amendment fees when Auto Europe is advised prior to the rental start date. Should the customer not show up or show up late to collect the vehicle a no show fee equal to the first 3 days of the rental will be charged. Auto Europe cannot refund any unused days if the vehicle is returned early.
* Renter and any additional drivers must present a full valid drivers license, held for a minimum of 24 months, at time of pick up.
* Please note at the time of pick up the local supplier may require a security deposit to be left for the vehicle. This normally takes the form of an amount being blocked on the primary driver's credit card, (cash deposits are rarely accepted, so please be sure to mention to our agents if you require this facility). This amount will be returned in full at the end of the rental provided the vehicle is returned in the same condition as rented.
* Optional items and Deliveries/Collections are on a request basis only, for an additional fee. Drop off charges, if applicable, are estimates only, and may change without notice.
* All rentals are based on 24 hour periods with a 3 day minimum rental, a full day is charged for any portion of a day that the vehicle is used.
* Please note: In common with most car hire suppliers the insurance coverage does not cover damage to windows, tyres, the roof, underside & interior of the vehicle, towing charges or damage caused willfully or recklessly.
* Min driver age 24 , max driver age 74. Drivers age 24 -26 must pay a young driver surcharge locally. Additional drivers sign on and pay a fee locally.

* Auto Europe strongly advises client to check if car is DIESEL or REGULAR fuel at pick up .
* Vehicles are permitted to travel into Northern Ireland and Mainland UK at no additional fee. Must be noted on voucher at time of booking. Travel to Continental Europe is not permitted.
